MCC Product Warranty Policy

　MCC is known as a manufacturer who owns many different kinds of plants and facilities including forging, casting, heat treatment, and painting used in all the processes for making tools & equipment by MCC and this is so we can watch and inspect the quality at every single process using MCC’s strict standard and specifications. It is highly unlikely for us to manufacture and/or distribute a defective product into the marketplace. However, it is also our responsibility to ensure that our end-users are satisfied and to rest assured by our backup program if they receive a defective product. Below, is the Product Warranty MCC offers to our end-users.

MCC Product Warranty Policy:
　All MCC brand products and genuine accessories and parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This 3-year warranty begins from the date of purchase with proof of a valid receipt or invoice. If a valid receipt or invoice is not available, the 3-year warranty period begins from the manufacture year code on the product.
　The warranted product will be either:
　　　　1) replaced with a new product,
　　　　2) repaired at no charge, or
　　　　3) supplied a repair part(s) at no charge,
by the MCC National Rep Agent after inspection.

What is NOT covered:
　The edge of cutting part (cutting blade, jaws, heads, dies) in any cutting tools (such as, Pipe Cutters, Bolt Cutters, Rod Cutters, Threaded Rod Cutters, Tubing Cutters, but not limited to) are not covered by this warranty. However, it is our job as manufacturer to inspect all our products to see if any defective materials exist. So, please feel free to ask for an inspection if you keep having the same problems.
　This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse or abuse against instruction manual or product capacity, neglect, alteration, modification or repair by anyone other than an authorized dealer or distributor are not covered by this warranty.

NO OTHER WARRANTY IS GIVEN OR IMPLIED THAN THE WARRANTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN. THESE WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL LIABILITIES OR OBLIGATIONS OF MCC AS RELATE TO THIS WARRANTY.
SPECIFICALLY, MCC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES
